Thank you for shopping at Zatarly!. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of authentic Jordanian products.

Because we ship internationally from Jordan to the United States, please review our specific guidelines below regarding returns and refunds.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to international shipping regulations, customs, and health policies, the following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (such as food items, sweets, coffee, and spices).
Opened cosmetics or personal care products (such as Dead Sea mud or skincare).
Customized or personalized items.

3. Damaged or Broken Items (Fragile Crafts)

If your item arrives damaged, broken, or defective due to transit, we will make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Moe@Zatarly.com] with:

Your order number.
Clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping box.
We will issue a full refund or ship a replacement at no extra cost to you.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If we made a mistake (wrong item sent, or item arrived broken), Zatarly covers 100% of the return or replacement shipping costs.
For change of mind (buyer’s remorse), the buyer is responsible for paying international return shipping fees back to Jordan, which can be expensive.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
